Ten Year Anniversary of My Business (practice feature article (Press Release))

This is writing which I'm practicing "feature article (Press Release)" based on my business.

春日英語教室, of which scale is very small. If a wind blew it off, it would be gone away. Its advertisment, however, has been just issued in a famous nationwide magazine, "AERA Kids (see the image)" just came out last week. Wondering what makes an over 45 year old single lady, Ms. Kasuga keep doing this business, it has been a decades since she started. "It is because my students have followed me for such a long time. I think it is amazing.", she said.

Looking back on 1999, which was before millennium, Ms. Kasuga was just 30 years old. A company where she worked merged with other company. It was not long before, she had to leave the company. Instead, the company paid retirement payment and whole year salary to the employees. "I was lucky enough to get a chance to learn English in overseas with that money.", she said remembering the days of London.

One year flied as quickly as a launched arrow. Unfortunately she almos
t ran out of her savings. It was hard to survive there. She, however, was lucky enough to have a place to go back, which was her country, Japan.

Having come back to Japan, she was afraid of losing her English. Listening to BBC news all the time, she positively communicated with friends in overseas in English. Thanks to her great effort, she became a substitute teacher at junior high school.

She still remembered the first day of the school. "How cute pupils were! I never forget their passionate eyes." She continued to renew her contract with the school.

In Japan, pupils started learning English at junior high school. It meant that high quality of English was not required for English teachers. Nevertheless, the pupils wanted to learn more. She wanted to response their enthusiasm. "Teacher must meet the demand of pupils." As she only graduated from junior college, she decided to enrol university to study English literature seriously.

To be continued.....
